Our Easter Weekend

Yet another day in paradise. The day started out nice, woken by two helpers who are assisting our field research team who are 200km NW of town doing a hair collection project on wolverines. These two guys snow machined back into town last night to pick up equipment for the project, then headed back out late this morning, I’ll hopefully head up to the camp this coming week and join them. Sophia made some amazing biscuits and breakfast. Our day was slow and Sophia eventually went out skijoring with our faithful  yet unskilled dogs; I joined her by machine and we had tea and biscuits out on the land all bundled up but the weather started to turn with high winds becoming a ground blizzard. – Rob
